Yep, I hear you! Letting go is SO hard, so in todays episode I plunge back into the subject of letting go of your abs and pelvic floor in order to achieve better core synergy / function. People think that weakness is the only problem that affects the pelvic floor, but in reality holding the pelvic floor and abdominal wall too tight causes SO many problems. It can be a tricky one to unpick, coupled with a fear or disbelief that letting go is really 'OK'!
So, today I build in a simple analogy to help you understand the muscular and fascial mechanics of why letting go can give you MORE connection in the pelvic floor.
