Only 3 weeks into the programme, I've been (happily) shocked to hear women say how much more core confidence they have. It made me intrigued. . . Why do we loose confidence in our core and what does it take to start building that confidence building back up?! Ready? Let's dive in!

Having a 'weak core' or 'no confidence in my pelvic floor'  is something I hear a lot. 

Its impact on daily life can be overwhelming; from not being able to play with the kids, to fear of incidents or just living with chronic pain or discomfort.

So, I was delighted to hear how quickly the women on my 6 week programme reported an increase in core confidence.. at only week 3! 

Which made me think ... What is it that has given them confidence in their core, before full muscle strengthening would have taken effect?

Today, I explore the power of sharing our more intimate concerns and the benefit of the right knowledge and education, alongside of a having a clear plan to move forward.
